Casa Mia Lounge is a vibrant hospitality space known for blending Afro-continental cuisine with a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere. Located in the heart of Lagos, the client envisioned a restaurant-lounge hybrid that feels as welcoming for brunch as it does for an evening out. A TO Z Construction was brought in to turn that vision into a reality, delivering a refined yet approachable space that reflects Casa Mia’s culinary creativity and social vibe.
The goal was clear: create a warm, elegant, and dynamic environment that resonates with both casual diners and event-goers. The design brief required a smart spatial layout that could shift effortlessly between restaurant seating and lounge ambiance — perfect for hosting daytime meals, weekend hangouts, and private bookings.
We worked on structural enhancements, zoning layouts, and full interior fit-outs that prioritized fluid guest movement, social energy, and photo-friendly aesthetics. Wood accents, textured walls, and soft ambient lighting formed the backbone of the look and feel. Seating was configured with modular flexibility, allowing easy transition between dining and lounging.
A highlight of the space is the custom bar and open view into the kitchen, offering both visual engagement and transparency. Carefully placed indoor greenery and curated wall décor add warmth and authenticity, while functional acoustic elements ensure sound quality remains sharp but not overwhelming — even during peak hours.
Technical installations included HVAC systems, lighting controls, and service accessibility zones to support staff flow without disrupting the customer experience. We also delivered a polished washroom setup, ensuring the brand’s aesthetic is consistent throughout the guest journey.
Since its launch, Casa Mia Lounge has become a go-to spot for social gatherings, curated dinners, and weekend unwinders, cementing its place in Lagos’s competitive hospitality scene.
